User Experience
User journey, Prototype,
Marylene (AA), Benoit Hamel (SEM), Benoit Barker , (Architect) Enrico Sinatra (UX)
What we did:
We have created the situation analysis with the architect and the business analyst. Together with the Subject expert matters. I have created the visual and functional prototype. We made two tests, and we went directly to the result. It was fast, practical and well done
User Experience
Prototype,
Mirsada Iriskic (AA), Mehdi Aloui (PO) Enrico Sinatra (UX)
What we did:
I worked closely with the analyst d'affaire. We made many versions of the simulator, for about a month, and we always tested the different propositions. until we found the perfect balance of all the data to enter.
Fun story:
The marketing team decided one day to change all the colours of the IT team. After a few projects and concrete examples, the marketing team agreed that The design direction should have a different colour to apply to their project. We used this prototype as an example to clarify that we can not use all colours. Free to judge

Fun story:
Usually, in fintech projects, I always had the problem that the group was happy with the first idea or we had one or two ideas. In this project, we had more than 60 ideas. It was the project where I could best express the added value of design thinking.
